On May 23rd, the Lake Worth CRA Board of Commissioners awarded 8 applicants a total of $100,000 in grant funding. This money will match private property owner investment for improvements such as façade, parking lot, landscaping, signage and irrigation. The CRA’s $100,000 grant awards will leverage a total of $306,141 in property improvements. To view grant recipients awards click on the link below:
 2006 Façade Grant Awards

Over the past several years, the CRA has administered a grant program for the renovation of the front façade of buildings. In 2004, the CRA approved matching grants for buildings located at 127 North Federal Highway, 1011 South Dixie Highway, 701 North Dixie Highway, 32 South “J” Street, and 815 North Dixie Highway. The improvements to all of these buildings have been completed.
