The Lucerne

The Lucerne is an active mixed-use project consisting of approximately 80 residential condominium units, approximately 5,000 square feet of commercial space and approximately 117 parking spaces in a structured parking lot. In 2004, the CRA voted to provide a TIF rebate incentive for the construction of the new project in downtown Lake Worth Beach. The building was completed in 2006 and all incentives have been successfully paid out to the development team.
