West Village
The Lake Worth Beach CRA partnered with Neighborhood Renaissance and developed 8 new live/work units for artists just west of Dixie Highway. Building on the success of the Urban Arts Lofts, the CRA is partnering with Neighborhood Renaissance and developing 8 new live/work, for sale units specifically for artists. This new development located at 110 North F Street is directly across from the new Lake Worth Arts Center (aka HATCH 1121). The project is Florida Green Certified and includes community/ commercial space for cultural uses. All units must be sold to Artists who meet the established definition.
In addition, following the NSP guidelines, all units must be sold to households making 120% or less of AMI.
